Mr. <br />Swift stated that basically a restaurant whose primary business <br />is to have people seated and waited on is a restaurant. <br />William G. Kovac, 3124 Weymouth Court, indicated he agrees with <br />the comments of the previous speaker. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner <br />Hoyt that the list of uses for PUD-84-4-4-3M as recommended by <br />staff be recommended for approval with the changes as requested <br />by Mr. Ferreri. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, <br />Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Lindsey <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Innes, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Resolution No. 2691 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of PUD-84-4-3M as motioned. <br />RZ-85-13, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to amend the Zoning <br />Ordinance relating to printing/reproduction services uses in "C" <br />(Commercial) Zoning Districts. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of the <br />Ordinance Code change. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />No one addressed this matter and the public hearing was closed. <br />- 9 - <br />. ,. <br />
