Minutes <br />Planning Commissioi <br />August 14, 1985 <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Michelotti, Wellman <br />and Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Lindsey <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2688 was entered and adopted denying Case <br />PUD-84-4-2M as motioned. <br />The applicant was then advised they have 15 days in which to <br />appeal this decision to the City Council. <br />Mr. Goodell asked if the Commission would consider an alternate <br />plan. The Chairman advised the applicants that they could not <br />consider an alternate plan at this meeting. <br />PUD-85-13, Pamela Antrim <br />Application of Pamela Antrim for Planned Unit Development zoning <br />and development plan approval to construct a twelve-unit <br />apartment complex on an approximately .48 acre site, located on <br />the southwest corner of Peters Avenue and West Angela Street. <br />Zoning for the property is RM-4000 (Multi-family Residential) <br />District. <br />This matter was continued to 8/28/85. <br />GP-85-5, Matilda and Mildred Teixeira <br />Application of Matilda and Mildred Teixeira for amendment to the <br />Land Use Element of the General Plan to redesignate an <br />approximately 15 acre site from Low Density Residential to Medium <br />Density Residential, located on the south side of Vineyard Avenue <br />and east of the terminus of Chardonnay Drive. Zoning for the <br />property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density <br />Residential District. <br />This matter was continued to 8/28/85. <br />PUD-85-11, Matilda and Mil_d_red Teixeira <br />Application of Matilda a.nd Mildred Teixeira for PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) zoning of an approximately 14.5 acre site located on <br />the south side of Vineyard Avenue and east of the terminus of <br />Chardonnay Drive. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Low Density Residential District. <br />This application was withdrawn at the request of the applicant. <br />UP-85-30, Bowen/Rife <br />Application of James Bowen and Johnnie Rife for a conditional use <br />permit to operate an automotive repair business, to be located at <br />3663 Old Santa Rita Road. Zoning for the property is C-S <br />(Service Commercial)-District. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of the <br />application. <br />- 6 - <br />._ __ <br />
