Minutes <br />Planning Commissio. <br />July 24, 1985 <br />from the Human Services Commission in their approval. Mr. Swift <br />stated that a possible solution could be a conditional approval <br />requiring Human Services Commission review and if there should be <br />any modifications to the site plan or building elevations it <br />would then be brought back to the Planning Commission for review. <br />Commissioner Innes then withdrew his motion. <br />A motion was made by Commissiner Lindsey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Wellman that the negative declaration prepared for <br />case PUD-85-9 be recommended for approval inasmuch as project <br />approval would have an insignificant effect on the environment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, <br />Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Innes, Lindsey, Wellman and <br />Resolution No. 2672 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the negative declaration for PUD-85-9 as motioned. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hoyt, that PUD-85-9 be recommended for approval <br />subject to the conditions of the staff report and the review of <br />the Human Services Commission prior to final action of the City <br />Council. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, <br />Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Innes, Lindsey, Wellman and <br />Resolution No. 2673 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case PUD-85-9 as motioned. <br />PUD-85-10, Hopyard Partners <br />Application of Hopyard Partners for Planned Unit <br />Development-Central Commercial rezoning and development plan <br />approval to construct a 7,350 sq. ft. day care facility, an 8,000 <br />sq. ft. commercial office building and additional parking area <br />(over the Pleasanton Canal) north and east of an existing <br />shopping center located at the northeast corner of Valley <br />Avenue and Hopyard Road (Hopyard Village). Zoning for the <br />properties are CC (Central Commercial) and "P" (Public and <br />Institutional) Districts. <br />This matter was continued to 8/14/85 as motioned. <br />- 7 - <br />
