A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner Wellman that the negative declaration prepared for cases GP-85-7 and RZ-85-7 be recommended for adoption inasmuch as approval of these applications would have an insignificant negative effect on the environment. ROLL CALL VOTE AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Lindsey, Wellman and Chairman Wilson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Resolution No. 2669 was entered and adopted recommending approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for cases GP-85-7 and RZ-85-7 as motioned. A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner Wellman that Case GP-85-7 be recommended for approval changing the Land Use Element of the General Plan to redesignate an approximately 1.2 acre site from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential and a 1.2 acre site from Medium Density Residential to Low Density Residential, the 2.4 acre site located on the north side of Crellin Road approximately 1000 ft. east of Madeira Drive. ROLL CALL VOTE AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Lindsey, Wellman and Chairman Wilson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Resolution No. 2670 was entered and adopted recommending approval of Case GP-85-7 as motioned. A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner Wellman that Case RZ-85-7 be recommended for approval subject to the two conditions shown in the staff report inasmuch as the proposed zoning conforms to the proposed general plan change (GP-85-7) for the subject property.
