Minutes <br />Planning Commissiol <br />July 24, 1985 <br />No one else addressed this matter and the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lindsey that all findings shown in the staff report <br />are made and that Case UP-85-25 be approved subject to the <br />conditions shown in the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Lindsey, Wellman and <br />Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2677 was entered and adopted approving UP-85-25 as <br />motioned. <br />UP-85-26, Esrey Supply Co., Inc. <br />Application of Esrey Supply Co., Inc. for a conditional use <br />permit to allow a wholesale construction materials and supply <br />operation at 2126 Rheem Drive. Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development)-Industrial District. <br />Mr. Quaglia presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this application. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Larry Keith, 36285 Brighton Court, Newark, stated he agrees with <br />the staff report and urged approval of his application. Chairman <br />Wilson asked what type of materials and supplies would be sold. <br />Mr. Keith said they sell anything in construction up to rough <br />trim. <br />Commissioner Wellman asked how the storage yard would be secured. <br />Mr. Keith said there would be a fence similar to the one next <br />door. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner <br />Wilson that all findings shown in the staff report are made and <br />that Case UP-85-26 be approved subject to the conditions shown <br />thereon. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, <br />Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN:' None <br />Innes, Lindsey, Wellman and <br />- 12 - <br />
