Resolution No. 2660 was entered and adopted approving Case <br />Z-85-108 as motioned. <br />RZ-85-12, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to amend the allowed and <br />conditionally allowed uses in the CN (Neighborhood Commercial) <br />District to make service stations in combination with convenience <br />stores conditionally allowed uses in that district. <br />Commissioner Lindsey indicated he would step down from this case <br />and Commissioner Michelotti would replace him. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />the Ordinance Code changes. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />No one addressed this item. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by Chairman <br />Wilson that Case RZ-85-12 be recommended for approval as shown in <br />the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Michelotti, Wellman <br />and Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Commissioner Lindsey <br />Resolution No. 2661 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case RZ-85-12 as motioned. <br />RZ-85-11, Billy Newman <br />Application of Billy Newnam to rezone an approximately 3.4 acre <br />site from the "A" (Agricultural) District to the R-1-40,000 <br />(Single-family Residential) District or to any other zoning <br />district consistent with the General Plan to facilitate a two lot <br />residential subdivision.
