Zoning for the property <br />is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial, Commercial and <br />Offices District. <br />Tom Quaglia presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />the sign program. <br />Commissioner Wellman asked about the sign location and whether <br />the site proposed is tentative. Mr. Quaglia explained that the <br />sign will be permanent, setback 12' from the sidewalk allowing <br />the sign to be seen from two angles. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Hugh Scott, developer of the Sheraton, indicated they agree with <br />the staff report. <br />Commissioner Lindsey thanked Mr. Scott for working with the City <br />Staff.
