Minutes <br />Planning Commissioi <br />4/24/ii5 <br />permit to operate a bank branch office in an existing structure <br />located at 5688 Stoneridge Drive (Building B). Zoning for the <br />property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial, Commercial <br />an Offices District. <br />UP-85-11, Amador Savings and Loan <br />Application of Amador Savings and Loan for conditional use permit <br />to operate a savings and loan branch office on an existing <br />struc~ure located at 5694 Stoneridge Drive (Building A). Zoning <br />for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial, <br />Commercial and Offices District. <br />Chairman Doherty announced that these two use permits would be <br />heard simultaneously and voted on separately. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff reports recommending approval of <br />the two use permits. <br />Commissioner Lindsey asked if there would be drive up windows in <br />the facilities. Mr. Harris deferred to the applicant on this <br />matter. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />George Kallis, 16 Castlewdown, partner of CPS, indicated they <br />agree with the staff recommendation. He indicated that there are <br />no drive-up facilities planned at the current time for these <br />banks. Commissioner Innes asked the applicant if he would accept <br />conditions preventing a drive-up window. Mr. Kallis said they <br />would as their leases do not allow them. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion as made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey that the findings as shown in the staff report are made <br />for case UP-85-12 and that this case be approved subject to the <br />conditions shown in the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Innes, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman <br />Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />AB5TAIN:None <br />Resolution No. 2650 was entered and adopted approving case <br />UP-85•-12 as motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Innes, that findings shown in the staff report are made for Case <br />UP-85-11 and that this case be approved subject to the conditions <br />shown in the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />- 11 - <br />_ _. <br />
