Minutes <br />Planning Commissioi <br />4/24/8 <br />represents the traffic which will be generated from this <br />devel c~pment . <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Jim McKean, 229579 Shadow Drive, Dublin, represented SJD Inc. He <br />indicated that the architect was present to present their <br />proposal. He stated that in accordance with Mr. Harris' comments <br />they ~Nould prefer to provide additional parking, if necessary, <br />through a parking structure rather than remove any tennis courts. <br />Jack Worstel, Hornberger, Worstel, 170 Middlefield Lane, San <br />Francisco, presented their development and site plans. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner Innes reported that because of the lack of current <br />traffic data he would have to vote no on the project. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Wilson that the negative declaration prepared for case PUD-85-5 <br />be re=:,~ommended for approval inasmuch as project approval would <br />have an insignificant effect on the environment. <br />ROLL •~ALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: Commissioner Innes <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN:None <br />Resolution No. 2648 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the negative declaration prepared for case PUD-85-5. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lindsey that Case PUD-85-5 be recommended for <br />appro~Tal subject to the conditions shown in the staff report <br />amending Condition No. 2 "...The application shall further agree <br />to provide additional parking in a parking structure on the <br />office- building site if the 24 compact parking spaces still do <br />not satisfy the on-site parking demand for the uses on the AVAC, <br />hotel and office building site." <br />ROLL Ct1LL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman <br />Doherty <br />NOES: Commissioner Innes <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2649 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case PUD-85-5 as motioned. <br />UP-85-•12, Community First National Bank <br />Application of Community First National Bank for conditional use <br />- 10 - <br />_ _ _ _ <br />
