Minutes <br />Planning Commissic <br />4/10/85 <br />ABSENT: Chairman Doherty <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2639 was entered and adopted approving Tract 5445 <br />as motioned. <br />Tract 5446, Walter A. Panganiban, et al (PUD-83-12) <br />Application of Walter Panganiban et al, for tentative map <br />approval to create a 7 lot single-family residential subdivision <br />on an approximately 5.0 acre site located on the south side of <br />Cameron Drive, approximately 800 feet west of Martin Avenue. <br />Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low <br />Density Residential District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this tract. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Mike Cooper, Bissell & Karn, 4637 Chabot Dr., represented the <br />property owners. He indicated that they concur with the <br />conditions recommended in the staff report and urged approval of <br />the Tentative Map for tract 5446. <br />Commissioner Innes asked about the temporary cul-de-sac <br />proposed. Mr. Cooper indicated that this would be removed at the <br />time of construction of the homes at the bulb. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey that Tract 5446 be approved subject to the conditions <br />shown in the staff report.
