Mr. Harris stated that the neighbors in the area do not want High Density Residential zoning in the area. No concern was expressed with regard to the property going Medium Density Residential. A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Wilson that the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-85-5 be recommended for approval inasmuch as the subject rezoning would not have a significant effect on the environment.
