Minutes Planning Commissior_ 3/27/85 Commissioner Innes asked staff to keep an eye on developers who construct fences to make sure they don't reduce the five foot setback to two and one half feet. A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner Innes that Case RZ-85-8 be recommended for approval subject to the draft ordinance as modified by Mr. Harris. ROLL CALL VOTE AYE5: Commissioners Innes, Doherty NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioners Getty, ABSTAIN: None Lindsey, Wellman and Chairman and Wilson Resolution No. 2632 was entered and adopted recommending approval of Case RZ-85-8 as motioned. PUD-81-28-2M, Pleasanton Station Application for a modification to Case PUD-81-28 the planned unit development governing the office/commercial project on the Southern Pacific Transportation Company land located on the west side of First Street between Neal Street and Bernal Avenue. Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of the proposed change. The proposed change is a result of the request of the City to the developer. The developer has graciously agreed to apply for the change in accordance with this request. Commissioner Lindsey asked if in the original plan for building 4 on First Street next to Bernal Avenue intersection will be moved back a substantial distance. Mr. Harris said it would. The public hearing was opened. Dave DeBuiasn, 514 Nursery 5t. Nevada City, represented Pleasanton Station. He felt the project would be a better project with the changes. Commissioner Innes asked if there was no choice but to modify the western exposure. Mr. DeBuiasn indicated that this is correct. The public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey that PUD-81-28-2M be recommended for approval as recommended in the staff report.
