Minutes <br />Planning Commissior_ <br />3/27/85 <br />Commissioner Innes asked staff to keep an eye on developers who <br />construct fences to make sure they don't reduce the five foot <br />setback to two and one half feet. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Innes that Case RZ-85-8 be recommended for approval <br />subject to the draft ordinance as modified by Mr. Harris. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYE5: Commissioners Innes, <br />Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Getty, <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Lindsey, Wellman and Chairman <br />and Wilson <br />Resolution No. 2632 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case RZ-85-8 as motioned. <br />PUD-81-28-2M, Pleasanton Station <br />Application for a modification to Case PUD-81-28 the planned <br />unit development governing the office/commercial project on the <br />Southern Pacific Transportation Company land located on the west <br />side of First Street between Neal Street and Bernal Avenue. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />the proposed change. The proposed change is a result of the <br />request of the City to the developer. The developer has <br />graciously agreed to apply for the change in accordance with this <br />request. <br />Commissioner Lindsey asked if in the original plan for building 4 <br />on First Street next to Bernal Avenue intersection will be moved <br />back a substantial distance. Mr. Harris said it would. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Dave DeBuiasn, 514 Nursery 5t. Nevada City, represented <br />Pleasanton Station. He felt the project would be a better <br />project with the changes. <br />Commissioner Innes asked if there was no choice but to modify the <br />western exposure. Mr. DeBuiasn indicated that this is correct. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lindsey that PUD-81-28-2M be recommended for <br />approval as recommended in the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Innes, Lindsey, Wellman and Chairman <br />Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />- 5 - <br />T <br />
