Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />March 13, 1985 <br />Amend No. 17 to read as follows: <br />That the developers shall enter into a agreement with the <br />City to participate in the funding and construction of an <br />area-wide sanitary sewer project, and a storm drainage <br />project if deemed necessary by the City Engineer. The extent <br />of this participation shall be determined prior to the <br />approval of the tentative map. The agreement shall be <br />executed by the developer prior to Council approval of any <br />final subdivision for this development. <br />Amend No. 19 to read as follows: <br />That the development shall be subject to all Standard <br />Conditions of Development, attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference except conditions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 11, <br />12, 13, 14, 20, 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, 29 and 31. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, <br />Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Innes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Lindsey, Wellman, Wilson and <br />Resolution No. 2626 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case PUD-85-1 as motioned. <br />PUD-81-30-27D, Martin Company <br />Application of the Martin Company for design review for a five <br />building, approximately 202,500 sq. ft. multi-tenant office <br />complex on an approximately 15.8 acre site located east of Willow <br />Road, north of Gibraltar Drive and west of Hacienda Drive in the <br />Hacienda Business Park. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development)-Industrial, Commercial and Offices District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />the project. <br />Chairman Doherty asked Mr. Warnick to give an update on the <br />Hopyard/I-580 improvements. <br />Mr. Warnick reported that the environmental assessment has been <br />prepared and approved by Caltrans. Plans are in Mr. Warnick's <br />office now for approval of Phase la. Funding is being put up by <br />Prudential for la and lb which should start in May 1985 and take <br />approximately one year to complete. The City has contracted to <br />design a bridge. Hopefully the entire project will not take any <br />more than two years. Commissioner Wilson asked Mr. Warnick to <br />report on the Scope of la and lb. Mr. Warnick explained that it <br />will cost approximately $3,000,000 and will cover retaining, <br />drainage, paving and traffic signals. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />- 7 - <br />
