Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />2/27/85 <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by <br />Commissioner Getty that the findings shown in the staff report <br />are made and that Case UP-85-3 be approved subject to the <br />conditions shown thereon. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Innes, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2614 was entered and adopted approving Case <br />UP-85-3 as motioned. <br />PUD-85-1, Devor Nurseries <br />Application of Devor Nurseries for Planned Unit Development <br />zoning and development plan approval for 95 single-family paired <br />units and 65 single-family detached residential units on an <br />approximately 25.5 acre site located south of Mohr Avenue and <br />east of the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way. Zoning for <br />the property is "A" (Agricultural) District. <br />This matter was continued to 3/13/85. <br />GP-84-9, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to amend the land use and <br />Circulation Element of the Pleasanton General Plan to add a <br />freeway interchange to the future location of the intersection of <br />Hacienda Drive and I-580 located approximately midway between the <br />Hopyard/I-580 interchange and the Santa Rita Road/I-580 <br />interchange. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />Case GP-84-9. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />No one addressed this matter. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Wilson certifying that the EIR prepared for this <br />project is complete and adequate and that the EIR was prepared in <br />compliance with CEQA. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Innes, <br />Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />- 7 - <br />. t . <br />
