Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />2/27/85 <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Wilson to approve Case PUD-84-22 subject to the conditions shown <br />therein. <br />Commissioner Lindsey indicated he is concerned with traffic. The <br />project is first-class. Other locations might be better. He <br />felt it would benefit Pleasanton in the right location. <br />Commissioner Innes stated he concurred with Commissioner Lindsey <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Wilson and Chairman Dohrty <br />NOES: Commissioners Innes and Lindsey <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2613 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case PUD-84-22 as motioned. <br />UP-85-3, Lisa Cox and Debra Reynoso <br />Application of Lisa Cox and Debra Reynoso for a conditional use <br />permit approval to operate a day care facility for up to 25 <br />children a 278 West Angela Street. Zoning for the property is <br />RM-1500 (Multi-Family Residential) District. <br />This item was withdrawn by the applicant. <br />NEW BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />PUD-82-18-6D, Ashwill, Hawkins and Partners, Inc. <br />Application of Ashwill, Hawkins and Partners, Inc. for Planned <br />Unit Development plan approval to construct a nine building, <br />55,008 sq. ft. office complex on the approximately 4.3 acre site <br />located at the southeast corner of east of Santa Rita Road and <br />Kamp Drive (Stoneridge Drive). Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development)-Industrial District. <br />This item was continued to 3/13/85 <br />UP-85-3 Amador Meadows, Ltd. <br />Application of Amador Meadows, Ltd. for conditional use permit <br />approval for a model home and sales office complex located at <br />4472 and 4484 Bowen Street (southeast corner of Bowen Street and <br />Rheem Drive). Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report indicating that a variance <br />had been granted earlier in the evening to allow this project to <br />come within 200 feet of existing dwelling units. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />No one addressed the Planning Commission. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />- 6 - <br />_~ <br />
