Minutes <br />Planning Commissio: <br />1 23 85 <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Innes Lindsey, Wellman, Wilson and Chairman <br />Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Getty <br />ABSTAIN:None <br />Resolution No. 2600 was entered and adopted approving Case <br />UP-84-G9 as motioned. <br />UP-85-1, Central Wholesale Electrical Distributors of Pleasanton, <br />Inc. <br />Application of Central Wholesale Electrical Distributors of <br />Pleasanton, Inc. for conditional use permit approval to operate a <br />wholesale electrical supply business at 2118 Rheem Drive. The <br />property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial <br />District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval•of <br />Case UP-85-1. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Claus Hansen, Central Wholesale, agreed with the staff report and <br />urged approval of his proposed use. <br />Commissioner Lindsey asked about the letter referenced in the <br />staff report relative to Condition No. 2.
