Minutes <br />Planning Commissio: <br />1 23 85 <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Robert Cordtz, 262 West Angela Street, the applicant, indicated <br />he agrees with the staff report and urged approval of his use <br />permit application. <br />Commissioner Lindsey asked Mr. Cordtz when he planed to be in <br />operation. Mr. Cordtz indicated they are trying to be open in <br />August. <br />No one else addressed this matter. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Inner, seconded by Commissioner <br />Wilson that Case UP-84-68 be approved inasmuch as all findings <br />required to grant approval of this use permit are made as stated <br />in the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Inner Lindsey, Wellman, Wilson and Chairman <br />Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Getty <br />ABSTAIN:None <br />Resolution No. 2599 was entered and adopted approving Case <br />UP-84-68 as motioned. <br />UP-84-69, Broadmoor Homes <br />Application of Broadmoor Homes for conditional use permit <br />approval to operate a model home complex consisting of a sales <br />office and two model home units to be located on the south side <br />of Joshua Circle, approximately 65 feet east of Muirwood Drive. <br />Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium <br />Density Residential District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />Case UP-84-69. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />John Ford, Broadmoor Homes, indicated he concurs with the <br />conditions in the staff report and urged approval of his use <br />permit. <br />The public hearing was Closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by <br />Commissioner Innes that findings as shown in the staff report are <br />made and that Case UP-84-69 be approved subject to the conditions <br />shown in that report. <br />- 5 - <br />
