Minutes <br />Planning Commissior <br />1 23 85 <br />This was continued to 2/13/85 for review of a traffic study. <br />TENTATIVE MAPS <br />Tract 5426, Patrick and Martha Joy <br />Application of Patrick and Martha Joy for tentative subdivision <br />approval for a 14 unit condominium project on an approximately <br />0.5 acre site located on the southwest corner of Rose and Peters <br />Avenue. Zoning for the property is RM-1500 (Multi-family <br />Residential) District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report indicating that Tract 5426 <br />conforms to the approved development plan, zoning and general <br />plan land use designation and therefore recommends approval. <br />The public hearing was open. <br />Jim Diggins, DeBolt Engineering, represented the applicant. He <br />indicated that they are in accord with he conditions recommended <br />for approval by staff. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lindsey that Tract 5426 be approved subject to the <br />conditions shown in the staff report finding that Tract 5426 is <br />in accord with the zoning and general plan land use designations. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Innes, <br />Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Getty <br />ABSTAIN:None <br />Lindsey, Wellman, Wilson and <br />Resolution No. 2602 was entered and adopted approving Tract 5426 <br />as motioned. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />There was none. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S INFORMATION <br />Mr. Harris reviewed the actions of the City Council meeting of <br />1/22/5. <br />Chairman Doherty indicated that material concerning the League of <br />California Cities Planning Institute has not yet been received <br />and asked staff to check into this matter and advise the <br />Commission. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />- 7 - <br />
