Minutes <br />Planning Commissio. <br />January 9, 1985 <br />PUD-84-19, Guasco <br />Application of Richard Guasco et al to rezone the <br />approximately one acre site located at 3932 Old Santa Rita Road <br />from the C-S (Commercial Service) District to the PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development)-Commercial Service) District or to any other <br />zoning district consistent with the General Plan. A negative <br />declaration of environmental impacts will also be considered. <br />UP-84-65, Richard Guasco <br />Application of Richard Guasco for conditional use permit approval <br />to operate an automobile dismantling and retail sales business <br />on the approximately l.0 acre site located at 3932 Old Santa Rita <br />Road. Zoning for the property is C-C (Commercial Service) <br />District. <br />Mr.Harris presented the staff reports on the proposed rezoning <br />and conditional use permit recommending approval. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Martin Inderbitzen, 62 West Neal Street, represented Mr. Guasco. <br />He explained that this project would benefit Hacienda Business <br />Park and the City as it would allow for a road and improve the <br />aesthetics of the area. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey that the negative declaration prepared for case PUD-84-19 <br />be adopted inasmuch as project approval would have an <br />insignificant negative effect on the environment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Innes, Lindsey, Wellman and <br />Vice Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Chairman Doherty <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2589 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the negative declaration prepared for PUD-84-19 as motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey that case PUD-84-19 be recommended for approval subject <br />to the conditions shown in he staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Innes, Lindsey, Wellman and <br />Vice Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Chairman Doherty <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />- 4 - <br />..
