Minutes <br />Planning Commissio <br />January 9, 1985 <br />Mr. Swift then reviewed the fence plan for the benefit of the <br />audience and Commission. Engineering had no problem with having <br />no stepping stones. Staff's primary concern is that the fencing <br />all be built at one time. The City doesn't care who pays for the <br />fencing as long as it is put up at one time. <br />Commissioner Lindsey asked if staff is comfortable with the <br />proposal. Mr. Harris indicated they are. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner Innes asked if Cork Harbour had in fact signed the <br />letter to which the residents have signed agreement. Mr. Swift <br />acknowledged that the letter was not signed. Mr. Harris stated <br />that staff will forward it to Cork Harbour for signature prior to <br />the hearing of City Council. <br />Commissioner Lindsey addressed <br />fences completed.
