He asked if the windows would be <br />setback or flush. <br />Terry Jacobson, Leason Pomeroy, the architects, stated there will <br />be some relief in glazing. The glass within the aluminum mullion <br />was setback. Mr. Jacobson, reviewed the architectural <br />renderings. <br />Mr. Gresham stated that they are in accord with Condition No. 6 <br />and would comply with it. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by <br />Commissioner Berger that Case PUD-80-2-2D be recommended for <br />approval subject to the conditions of the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Michelotti Wellman and Vice <br />Vice Chairman Innes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Hoyt and Chairman Lindsey <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2865 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case PUD-80-2-2D as motioned. <br />PUD-82-18-6D-1M, Nolan/Ashwill, Hawkins and Partners <br />Application of Richard Nolan and Ashwill, Hawkins, and Partners <br />for a major modification to an approved development plan for an <br />office/industrial complex to allow for an increase in the square <br />footage for medical office and related uses on an approximately <br />4.3 acre site, located on the southeast corner of the <br />intersection of Santa Rita Road and Stoneridge Drive. Zoning for <br />the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial <br />District. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this application. He asked that Condition No. 5 be clarified to <br />eliminate the word 'patients' because there is no control over <br />the location in which the patients park. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Dr. Richard Nolan, 27171 Caloroga, Hayward, an orthopedic <br />surgeon, reviewed his plans for the site. It is the intent to <br />have various types of medicine handled at this location. They <br />will do surgery at the location. However, it will be limited to <br />those cases which take 1-1/2 hours or less to accomplish (or four <br />hours total) in the facility). <br />- 7 - <br />
