That the applicant install Foothill Road landscaping. <br />At the time the landscaping has been completed, the <br />applicant shall give notice to the City so that it can <br />assume responsibility of maintenance. <br />11. That the trailer be on the site until an interior of a <br />house is available which shall be no more than six <br />months. <br />12. That the applicant shall install parking signs in front <br />of the area of construction. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Michelotti, Wellman and Vice <br />Chairman Innes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Hoyt and Chairman Lindsey <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2864 was entered and adopted approving Case <br />UP-86-45 as motioned. <br />The applicant was advised that he can appeal any portion of this <br />approval to City Council within 15 days of the date of approval. <br />PUD-80-2-2D, Koll Company <br />Application of Koll Company for development plan approval to <br />construct an approximately 41,500 sq. ft., one-story office <br />building on an approximately 3.8 acre site located on the west <br />side of Koll Center Parkway adjacent to Interstate 680 <br />right-of-way. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Industrial/Commercial and Offices District. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this application. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Jim Gresham, Koll Company, 4309 Hacienda Drive, stated they had <br />reviewed the staff report and accept all conditions. They asked <br />for clarification regarding Condition No. 6. The Design <br />Guidelines show 24' and the driveways are already built. Vice <br />Chairman Innes asked if they can be left at 25 feet until the <br />other sites are developed. Mr. Swift said this might be okay for <br />this particular site. Vice Chairman Innes asked whether or not <br />these driveways have been totally completed. Mr. Gresham <br />interjected that if they are going to have to widen them in the <br />future, they would prefer to do it at this time. Mr. Elliott <br />stated that these driveways should have been 30 feet in the <br />beginning. <br />Commissioner Berger discussed roll-up doors and whether or not <br />they would be painted or remain steel looking in appearance. <br />Mr. Gresham responded that they will be painted to match the <br />building and then presented a color_ board for the benefit of the <br />- 6 -- <br /> <br />
