Minutes Planning Commission September 10, 1986 ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Chairman Lindsey NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Innes, Michelotti, Wellman and Resolution No. 2836 was entered and adopted approving Tracts 5680, 5681, and 5682 as motioned. Tract 5352, Northwood Homes Application of Northwood Homes to extended the expiration date of an approved tentative map for a twelve-month period to subdivide an approximately two-acre site into 34 condominium units for commercial uses, located at 39 California Avenue. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Commercial District. Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of the time extension. Mr. Swift stated that Mr. Harrison, the applicant, had to leave, but indicated that he agrees with the recommendations of the staff report. Commissioner Innes asked staff to review the status of this proposal. Mr. Swift complied. The public hearing was opened. No one addressed this matter. The public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by Commissioner Wellman to approve the extension of Tract 5352 as recommended by staff. RZ-86-9, City of Pleasanton Application of the City of Pleasanton to amend the Municipal Code to allow for fortune telling and related uses in the ~~C~~ (Commercial) and ~~0~~ (Office) Districts. Mr. Swift presented the staff report on this proposal. Commissioner Innes stated it was his intention that Fortune Telling be allowed only in the office Districts and not in - 19 - _._ .. r _ .
