Minutes Planning Commission September 10, 1986 Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of Case UP-86-34. The public hearing was opened. John Steinbuch, 638 Abbie Street, represented the applicant and indicated he agrees with the staff report. Mr. Steinbuch indicated there would be two mail runs per day in a van to and from Hacienda Business Park. Chairman Lindsey asked Mr. Steinbuch if he had any objections to an additional condition requiring staff review in 24 months. Mr. Steinbuch indicated that such a condition would be fine. The public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by Commissioner Hoyt that UP-86-34 be approved subject to the conditions of the staff report, with a 24 month review by staff (additional conditions may be imposed as necessary) as all findings shown thereon are made.
