Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />September l0, 1986 <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Innes, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Resolution No. 2830 was entered and adopted approving Tracts <br />5684-5688 as motioned. <br />Chairman Lindsey announced that UP-86-33, 34 and 36 would be <br />heard next. <br />UP-86-33, Dunn <br />Application of Kenneth Dunn for a conditional use permit to allow <br />warehousing of unclaimed photo finishing orders to be located at <br />2110 Rheem Drive. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Industrial District. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this case. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />xenneth Dunn, 2110 Rheem Drive, supported the staff conditions. <br />He indicated he would be happy to answer any questions. <br />Chairman Lindsey felt there should be a review period for the use <br />permit. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner <br />Michelotti that UP-86-33 be approved subject to the conditions of <br />the staff report, with a 24 month review by staff (additional <br />conditions may be imposed as necessary) as all findings shown <br />thereon are made. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Innes, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Resolution No. 2831 was entered and adopted approving Case <br />UP-86-33 as motioned. <br />UP-86-34, Dillingham <br />Application of Dillingham Construction Corporation for a <br />conditional use permit to allow warehousing of records and office <br />furniture to be located at 2142 Rheem Drive.
