Minutes of the Continued Planning Commission Meeting of 8/27/86 <br />Held on 9/3/86 <br />Parcel 17 - Western Concrete, et al <br />Mr. Lee presented the staff recommendation of the staff. <br />Vote: CFA 5-0 <br />Parcel 18 - PG&E <br />Mr. Lee presented the staff recommendation of P& I. <br />Vote: P&I 5-0 <br />Parcel 20 - Harris <br />After discussion of the staff and Commission the following vote <br />was taken: <br />Vote: CFA (MDR) 5-0 <br />Parcel 21 - New Life Fellowship Church <br />Staff recommended High Density Residential. Commissioners <br />reiterated the position of the Design Review Board at the time <br />the recently proposed apartment complex was denied, in part due <br />to neighborhood opposition, that the site was suitable for a <br />mid-range High Density Residential project. <br />Vote: High Density Residential - 5-0 <br />Parcel 22 - St. Clare~s Church <br />Staff recommended P&I. <br />Vote: P&I 5-0 <br />Parcel 23 - Southeast Hills <br />Mr. Lee presented the staff report. <br />Commissioner Innes asked Mr. Lee for background regarding park <br />holdings on CFA. Mr. Lee complied. Mr. Lee indicated that <br />generally the boundary lines propose are reflective of the <br />topography and slope of the area.
