Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />August 13, 1986 <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hoyt that Case PUD-80-15-2D-1M be denied. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners <br /> Innes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Hoyt, Michelotti, Wellman and Chairman <br />Berger and Chairman Lindsey <br />Resolution No. 2816 was entered and adopted denying Case <br />PUD-80-15-2D-1M for the reasons stated. <br />The applicant was advised that they have 15 days to appeal this <br />negative decision to the City Council. <br />NEW BUSINESS - Public Hearin s <br />GP-86-6, Safreno <br />Application of Douglas Safreno to amend the Land Use Element o <br />the General~~Plan froa "roximatelyt9,5001squarelfoot sitemlocated <br />and Offices for an pp <br />at 4232 First Street. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of the <br />application as well as requesting the Commission initiate a <br />change in the General Plan for the adjacent Shell service station <br />site to bring the General Plan into conformance with the existing <br />use and zoning. Such a change could be done in conjunciton with <br />the overall General Plan amendment which will occur with the <br />adoption of the new General Plan. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />1627 Vineyard Avenue, presented his proposal. <br />Douglas, Safreno, <br />He stated when the service station was located on the site <br />additional ingreeshouaeesubsequentaysburnedudowneandwMr.aSafreno <br />on the site.
