newspapers and all property owners affected by the General Plan <br />change have been notified. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner Innes addressed the small obscureness of the legal <br />notices as they appear in the newspaper. Mr. Swift explained <br />that the public hearing on the General Plan itself will be on a <br />quarter page newspaper advertisement. <br />RZ-86-7, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to rezone an approximately <br />11,700 square foot site from R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) <br />District to RM-4000 (Multiple-family Residential) District, <br />located at 856 Palomino Drive. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this application. <br />Commissioner Innes felt it should be made clear that no <br />additional buildings will be allowed on the site. Mr. Swift <br />stated that RM-4000 is the lowest density the City has in the <br />"High Density Residential" land use designation. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />No one addressed this item and the public hearing was declared <br />closed. <br />Commissioner Innes made a motion to recommend approval of Case <br />RZ-86-7, making it a point of record that this is for the purpose <br />of bringing the zoning into conformity with the General Plan and <br />not for the construction of any more units on the site. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioner Hoyt, Commissioner Innes, Commissioner <br />Michelotti and Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Berger and Wellman <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2808 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case RZ-86-7 was motioned. <br />UP-86-30, Ponderosa Homes <br />Application for a conditional use permit to allow for the <br />establishment of an additional model home within the existing <br />complex located on the north and south sides of Corte Blanca. <br />Zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) <br />District. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this application. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />- 4 - <br />_. _ ~. __ ___ __ _ _ _ r <br />
