Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />June 25, 1986 <br />the Chamber of Commerce. They are currently working on items for <br />downtown and this would be an appropriate time to address this <br />issue. <br />Chairman Lindsey expressed concern with the rapid change in the <br />signal at Hopyard and Valley Avenue. He stated that while going <br />southbound on Hopyard, turning east onto Valley the signal <br />changes before one can cross the intersection. He particularly <br />notices this on the weekends. Mr. Okamura indicated that on <br />Saturdays they run an off-peak pattern on the signals. <br />Commissioner Michelotti asked for an update on the progress of <br />the traffic computer. Mr. Okamura indicated he would report the <br />status of this at a future time. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Swift asked for the following revisions: <br />PUD-86-1, Adams/Combs/Skinner - Continue to 7/23/86 <br />GP-86-3, City of Pleasanton - Continue indefinitely as the <br />Park and Recreation Commission needs to take action on this <br />application <br />RZ-86-4, City of Pleasanton signage for multi-story office <br />structures - continue to 7/23/86 <br />The Commission agreed to these changes. <br />PUD-86-1, Adams/Combs/Skinner <br />Application of Earl Adams, Robert Combs, and William Skinner for <br />development plan approval for a 17 unit single-family residential <br />development, to be located on an approximately to acre site <br />located approximately 400 feet west of Martin Avenue between Mohr <br />Avenue and Cameron Avenue. Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential District. <br />This item was continued to 7/23/86. <br />GP-86-3, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to amend the <br />General Plan Land Use Element designation of an <br />approximately 4.8 acre site from Low Density Residential <br />to Open Space (Parks and Recreation) to Medium Density <br />Residential generally located in the area south and north of <br />Mission Hills Park, respectively. <br />This item was continued indefinitely. <br />- 3 - <br />.r <br />
