Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />May 28, 1986 <br />PUD-80-14M/PUD-82-1-1M <br />Application of Reynolds and Brown to amend conditions of approval <br />governing development of Pleasanton Park, an industrial <br />commercial development located northwest of Hopyard Road and <br />Owens Drive to allow maximum building floor area within the site <br />to exceed 40%. <br />This item was continued to 6/11/86. <br />NEW BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />UP 86-17, valley Christian Center <br />Application of Valley Christian Center for a conditional use <br />permit to operate a daycare center in an existing structure <br />located at 1114 Santa Rita Road. Zoning for the property is <br />R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District. <br />This application was withdrawn. <br />Tract 5188, Martin <br />Application of Ralph Martin to subdivide an approximately 40.5 <br />acre site into 38 parcels located on the north side of the <br />eastern terminus of Crellin Road. Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this application. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Harvey Levine, attorney for the applicant, indiclandtohsubmit a <br />Mr. Martin agrees with the staff report.
