Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />May 14, 1986 <br />4. No additional pylon monument signs will be allowed; all other <br />tenant signage shall be wall-mounted. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Innes, Wellman and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2786 was entered and adopted approving the sign <br />program for Trammell Crow, Case Z-86-132 as motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner <br />Hoyt that BMW signs be approved as follows: <br />1. One 24' high pylon sign depicting the BMW logo and East Bay <br />BMW but excluding any halogen lighting. <br />2. Two 4'6" high, on-site directional signs to be located <br />adjacent to each of the driveway entrances to the site. <br />3. Two internally illuminated wall signs depicting East Bay BMW <br />on the north and south building elevations. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Innes, Wellman and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2787 was entered and adopted approving signs for <br />BMW as filed for Z-86-132. <br />GP-86-1, Callahan-Pentz Properties <br />Application of Callahan-Pentz Properties and Prudential Insurance <br />Company of America to amend the General Plan Land Use Element <br />designation of an approximately 10.5 acre site from Commercial <br />and Offices and Public Health and Safety to High Density <br />Residential located generally in the area bounded by Owens Drive, <br />West Las Positas Boulevard, a portion of the former railroad <br />right-of-way of the Southern Pacific Transportation Company, and <br />Tassajara Creek. <br />- 6 - <br />
