Minutes <br />Planning Commission. <br />2/19/86 <br />Commissioner Inner pointed out that the signing was restricted <br />for the Trammell Crow project. Commissioner Lindsey felt this <br />project to be a first-class one. He supported staff in their <br />conditions and stated he can't support a lot of signage. signage <br />isn't necessary to bring one to the facility. <br />Commissioner Wellman applauded the design and especially for the <br />ceramic the being put all of the way around the entire building. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Wellman that the negative declaration prepared for <br />Case PUD-86-2 be recommended for approval inasmuch as project <br />approval would have an insignificant effect on the environment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES• Commissioners Hoyt, Inner, Lindsey, Wellman and <br />• Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2761 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the negative declaration for Case PUD-86-2 as motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hoyt that Case PUD-86-2 be recommended for approval <br />subject to the conditions shown in the staff report, amending <br />Condition 9 to read as follows: <br />"That the the property shall participate in a Mutual Benefit <br />District(s) which may be formed to finance Old Santa Rita <br />Road street improvements, said property would be responsible <br />for its frontage costs as determined by the City Engineer." <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES• Commissioners Hoyt, Inner, Lindsey and Wellman <br />NOES• Chairman Wilson <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2762 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case PUD-86-2 as motioned. <br />RZ-86-1, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to amend the Zoning <br />Ordinance relating to design review for second-story additions to <br />existing structures in residential districts. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of the <br />draft ordinance. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />- 4 - <br />
