Minutes I~lanning Commission. 2/12/86 A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey moving that the Planning Commission certifies they have reviewed and considered the information in the EIR and have determined it to be completed in compliance with CEQA. ROLL CALL VOTE AYES: Commissioners Innes, Hoyt, Lindsey, Wellman and Chairman Wilson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Resolution No. 2755 was entered and adopted certifying the EIR prepared for GP-85-4 and PUD-85-8. A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey that the Planning Commission makes the findings contained in the "Proposed Environmental IMpact Findings" including overriding considerations and recommend approval of the General Plan Growth Management Element revision to clarify that the "balance among land uses" includes HBP-II in addition to all other approved employment generating uses; and recommend approval of the General Plan land use designation change to "Industrial, Commercial, and Offices." ROLL CALL VOTE AYES: Commissioners Innes, Hoyt, Lindsey, Wellman and Chairman Wilson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Resolution No. 2756 was entered and adopted for the motion was stated. A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner Hoyt that the Planning Commission makes the findings contained in the "Proposed Environmental Impact Findings" including overriding considerations and recommends approval of the rezoning of the project site to "PUD-Industrial, Commercial, and Offices"; and recommends approval of the proposed development plan subject to the attached proposed conditions of approval and revisions as discussed.
