RZ-86-10, City of Pleasanton Application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately 152 acre site to the "A" (Agricultural) District and an approximately 36 acre site to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Rural and Medium Density Residential District or to any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan, located on both sides of Foothill Road, generally in the area north of the intersection of Bernal Avenue and Foothill Road. Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of this application. The public hearing was opened. Don Rolph, Santa Rosa, represented TMI. Mr. Rolph supported staff recommendations. The public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by Commissioner Berger that the negative declaration prepared for Case RZ-86-10 be recommended approval inasmuch as approval of this application would have an insignificant adverse effect on the environment. - 7 -
