Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />October 22, 1986 <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hoyt that UP-86-42 be approved subject to the <br />conditions shown on the staff report as all findings shown <br />thereon are made. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Inner <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2853 was entered and adopted approving Case <br />UP-86-42 as motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hoyt that Case Z-86-339 be recommended for approval <br />subject to the conditions shown in the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Innes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2854 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case Z-86-339 as motioned. <br />RZ-86-10, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately <br />152 acre site to the "A" (Agricultural) District and an <br />approximately 36 acre site to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Rural and Medium Density Residential District or to <br />any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan, <br />located on both sides of Foothill Road, generally in the area <br />north of the intersection of Bernal Avenue and Foothill Road. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this application. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Don Rolph, Santa Rosa, represented TMI. Mr. Rolph supported <br />staff recommendations. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by <br />Commissioner Berger that the negative declaration prepared for <br />Case RZ-86-10 be recommended approval inasmuch as approval of <br />this application would have an insignificant adverse effect on <br />the environment. <br />- 7 - <br />
