Minutes Planning Commission October 22, 1986 Mr. Swift indicated that Mr. Amaral (representing Mr. Marsh) would not be present this evening because of a scheduling conflict. The public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by Commissioner Hoyt that the negative declaration prepared for Case GP-8G-9 be recommended approval inasmuch as approval of this application would have an insignificant adverse effect on the environment. A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by Commissioner Hoyt that Case GP-86-9 be recommended for approval as recommended in the staff report. Z-86-339, City of Pleasanton Application of the City of Pleasanton for design review approval to construct a one-story, approximately 30,300 sq. ft. library and related facilities, to be located on an approximately 4 acre site at the northeast corner of the intersection of Bernal Avenue and Old Bernal Avenue.
