Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />October 22, 1986 <br />Mr. Swift indicated that Mr. Amaral (representing Mr. Marsh) <br />would not be present this evening because of a scheduling <br />conflict. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hoyt that the negative declaration prepared for Case <br />GP-8G-9 be recommended approval inasmuch as approval of this <br />application would have an insignificant adverse effect on the <br />environment. <br />ROLL C1~LL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Innes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2850 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case GP-86-9. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hoyt that Case GP-86-9 be recommended for approval <br />as recommended in the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Innes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2851 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case GP-86-9 as motioned. <br />UP-86-42, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton for a conditional use <br />permit to establish a library facility on an approximately 4 acr® <br />site located at the northeast corner of the intersection of <br />Bernal Avenue and Old Bernal Avenue. Zoning for the property is <br />~iPn - "CO" (Public and Institutional - Civic Overlay) District. <br />Z-86-339, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton for design review approval <br />to construct a one-story, approximately 30,300 sq. ft. library <br />and related facilities, to be located on an approximately 4 acre <br />site at the northeast corner of the intersection of Bernal Avenue <br />and Old Bernal Avenue.
