Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />October 22, 1986 <br />Resolution No. 2846 was entered and adopted approving UP-86-41 as <br />motioned. <br />Tract 5705, Prometheus Development Company <br />Application of Prometheus Development Company to subdivide an <br />approximately 16.3 acre site for a 456-unit residential complex <br />for condominium purposes, located in the area bounded by Andrews <br />Drive, Owens Drive, Old Santa Rita Road, and Tassajara Creek. <br />Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High <br />Density Residential District. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this application. <br />Commissioner Michelotti asked what was done to the driveway <br />around the back? Mr. Swift indicated that two offsets were <br />included in the conditions of approval of the development plan. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Joseph Martignetti, Promethius Development, Cupertino, indicated <br />that he has read the staff report and agrees with the proposed <br />conditions. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by <br />Commissioner Berger, that tentative Map Tract 5705 conforms to <br />the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton and that the <br />subdivision be approved subject to the conditions shown in the <br />staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Innes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2847 was entered and adopted approving Tract 5705 <br />as motioned. <br />PUD-86-14, Madden/Southern Pacific <br />Application of Joseph Madden and Southern Pacific Transportation <br />company for rezoning to PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial <br />and Offices District for an approximately 7.6 acre site, the <br />previous 100 foot width railroad right-of-way located immediately <br />north of and parallel to Stanley Boulevard, between Stanley <br />Boulevard/First Street and a point approximately 3,350 feet <br />northeasterly of that intersection. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this application. <br />- 3 - <br /> <br />
