Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />October 22, 1986 <br />Commissioner Wellman stated she has received complaints of <br />neighbors in the Stoneridge Townhomes regarding Hots Restaurant. <br />There is loud music, dancing and the trash enclosure is poorly <br />kept. Mr. Swift indicated that staff would check into this <br />situation and report back at the next meeting. <br />Commissioner Hoyt announced he will be present for the next <br />meeting as his business trip for that date was canceled. <br />Commissioner Hoyt discussed the signs and banners on the new <br />First Street buildings. Mr. Swift stated that the banners can be <br />up for 30 days. <br />PUD-81-22-1M, Mozart Development Co. Re is Homes <br />Application of Mozart Development Company and Regis Homes for a <br />major modification to an approved development plan for a <br />commercial/office/residential complex to allow for a 520-unit <br />condominium/apartment complex, to be located on an approximately <br />20.6 acre site located generally in the area of the northeast <br />corner of the intersection of Stoneridge Drive and Stoneridge <br />Mall Road. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Commercial and Offices/High Density Residential and <br />Open Space (Parks and Recreation) District. <br />This matter was continued to November 12, 1986. <br />NEW BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />UP-86-41, Amador Valley Savings and Loan <br />Application of Amador Valley Savings and Loan Association for a <br />conditional use permit to operate a branch office for a financial <br />institution, to be located at 1711 Santa Rita Road. Zoning for <br />the property is CN (Neighborhood Commercial) District. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this case. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Ralph Arbeloa, President, Amador Savings and Loan, 1419 Croce <br />Cr., Pleasanton, indicated he had read the staff report and <br />agrees with the conditions proposed thereon. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hoyt that UP-86-41 be approved per the conditions <br />shown in the staff report as findings shown thereon are made. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Innes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />- 2 - <br />
