Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />June 24, 1987 <br />This matter was continued to July 8, 1987. <br />RZ-87-4, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to amend provisions of the <br />Municipal Code, relating to the screening of boats, trailers, and <br />similar vehicles in residential areas. <br />Mr. Lee presented the staff report recommending approval of this <br />application. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />There was no public comment. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by <br />Commissioner Mahern that Case RZ-87-4 be recommended for approval <br />as stated in the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Mahern, Michelotti, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Berger and Hoyt <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. PC-87-75 was entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of Case RZ-87-4 as motioned. <br />PUD-87-16, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton for development plan <br />approval to allow the construction of an eight million gallon <br />water reservoir, pumping stations, drainage ways and structures, <br />transmission lines, and other related improvements, to be located <br />generally in the area of an approximately four acre site located <br />approximately 1,300 feet northeast of the intersection of <br />Sycamore Road and Alisal Street. Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential/Open space <br />District. <br />Mr. Lee presented the staff report recommending approval of this <br />project. <br />Commissioner Tarver asked about the recreation facility on top of <br />the tank. Mr. Beougher stated this came about at the request of <br />Mr. Lund, the property owner. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Harvey Levine, 4637 Chabot Drive, Pleasanton, represented Vic <br />Lund and his brother, the owners of the subject property. <br />Mr. Levine referred to his letter of June 24, 1987 requesting <br />certain conditions be added and/or change. <br />- 19 - <br />
