Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />June 24, 1987 <br />The applicant was advised they have 15 days in which to appeal <br />this decision to the City Council should they elect to do so. <br />GP-87-5, Prudential Insurance Com an <br />Application of Prudential Insurance Company of America to amend <br />the Land Use Element designation of the General Plan for an <br />approximately 19.3 acre site from Industrial/Commercial and <br />Offices to High Density Residential located generally in the area <br />bounded by Hopyard Road, Inglewood Drive, Coronado Lane, and <br />Chabot Canal. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Industrial/commercial and offices District. <br />This matter was continued to July 8, 1987. <br />GP-87-6, Prudential Insurance Company <br />Application of Prudential Insurance Company of America to amend <br />the Land Use Element designation of the General Plan for an <br />approximately 12.4 acre site from Industrial/Commercial and <br />Offices to High Density Residential, located generally in the <br />area bounded by West Las Positas Boulevard, Tassajara Creek, and <br />the Arroyo Mocho Canal.
