Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />June 10, 1987 <br />to the conditions of the staff report deleting Condition No. 23 <br />with additional provisions allowing for the use of both color <br />schemes (blue/tan and green/tan) for the exterior building <br />surfaces in alternating patterns and replacing the use of planter <br />boxes with planter shelves, subject to review and approval of the <br />Planning Director. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Michelotti, and Chairman <br />Lindsey <br />NOES: Commissioners Mahern and Tarver <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Berger <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. PC-87-64 was entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of Case PUD-87-6 as motioned. <br />NEW BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />Tract 5792/93, Ponderosa Industries <br />Application of Ponderosa Industries to subdivide an approximately <br />13.4 acre site into 111 parcels for single-family residential <br />use, located in the area bounded by Paseo Santa Cruz, Camino <br />Segura, and Via de los Cerros. Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this subdivision. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Len Fryer, Ponderosa Homes, 6671 Owens Drive, stated he is in <br />agreement with the conditions proposed by staff, and urged <br />approval of their proposal. Mr. Fryer said they have furnished <br />interested homeowners with copies of the staff report. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by <br />Commissioner Mahern that Tract 5792/93 be approved subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Berger <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Mahern, Michelotti, Tarver and <br />Resolution No. PC-87-65 was entered and adopted approving Tract <br />5792/93 as motioned. <br />- 4 - <br />r <br />
