Minutes Planning Commission 5/27/87 traffic model was run. Staff did not ask that the intersection be included in this particular analysis. The public hearing was closed. Commissioner Tarver stated he would like to see both of these projects have a condition requiring building permits be taken out within one year or the projects resubmitted for approval. A motion was made by Commissioner Berger, seconded by Commissioner Mahern to recommend approval of Case PUD-80-2-6D subject to the conditions of the staff report with the following changes: #12 delete #13 delete #17 delete Add: "That the landscape island located opposite the Valley Avenue entrance driveway be extended to a minimum length of 36'." Add: "That all on-site circulation movements shall be designed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer to insure adequate emergency vehicle access and eliminate any conflicting vehicular movements." Add: "That construction pursuant to a valid building permit shall commence within 1 year. Failure to do so will result in the expiration of the development plan approval." It is also understood that the applicant may allow tenants to place their logo within a white block on the blue canopy with planning staff review. ROLL CALL VOTE AYES: Commissioners Berger, Mahern, Tarver, and Vice Chairman Michelotti NOES: None ABSENT: Chairman Lindsey and Commissioner Hoyt ABSTAIN: None Resolution No. PC-87-53 was entered and adopted recommending approval of Case PUD-80-2-6D as motioned. A motion was made by Commissioner Berger, seconded by Commissioner Mahern that PUD-80-2-7D be recommended for approval subject to the conditions of the staff report adding "That construction pursuant to a valid building permit shall commence within 1 year.
