Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />5/27/87 <br />Resolution No. PC-87-57 was entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of the negative declaration prepared for Case GP-87-3 as <br />motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Berger, seconded by <br />Commissioner Mahern to recommend approval of Case GP-87-3 as <br />recommended in the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Mahern and Vice Chairman <br />Michelotti <br />NOES: Commissioner Tarver <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Hoyt and Chairman Lindsey <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. PC-87-58 was entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of Case GP-87-3 as motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Berger, seconded by <br />Commissioner Mahern to recommend approval of the negative <br />declaration prepared for Case RZ-87-3 inasmuch as project <br />approval would not have a significant effect on the environment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Mahern, Tarver, and Vice <br />Chairman Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Hoyt and Chairman Lindsey <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resoluton No. PC-87-59 was entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-87-3 as <br />motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Berger, seconded by <br />Commissioner Mahern to recommend approval of Case RZ-87-3 as <br />recommended in the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Mahern and Vice Chairman <br />Michelotti <br />NOES: Commissioner Tarver <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Hoyt and Chairman Lindsey <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. PC-87-60 was entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of Case RZ-87-3 as motioned. <br />Commissioner Tarver felt the proposed changes to be premature <br />until such time as the public health and safety can be addressed <br />with Valley Avenue improvements. <br />- 11 - <br />
