Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />3/2/587 <br />Tract 5072, Marment <br />Application of George Marment to subdivide an approximately <br />34,055 sq. ft, site for a 12 unit residential condominium <br />complex, located on the west side of Peters Avenue approximately <br />175 ft. south of West Angela Street. Zoning far the property is <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval. <br />Mr. Swift further asked that Condition No. 6 be added that <br />approval of Tract 5072 will become effective concurrently with <br />the major modification. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Ron Archer, 4133 Mohr Avenue, Civil Engineer, for the project, <br />stated that his client is in agreement with the conditions <br />recommended by staff including Condition No. 6. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner <br />Berger to approve Tract 5072 subject to the conditions of the <br />staff report with approval to be concurrent with the recent PUD <br />modification approved by City Council. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Innes, Michelotti and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution PC-87-31 was entered and adopted approving Tract 5072 <br />as motioned. <br />UP-87-4, Warmington Homes <br />Application of Warmington Homes for a conditional use permit to <br />operate a sales complex located on the north side of Springdale <br />Drive at the southwest quadrant of the intersection of Stoneridge <br />Drive and Interstate 680. Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential District, <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval, and <br />reported that a variance had been approved earlier in the evening <br />for this project. <br />Commissioner Innes would like to see some plants in pots put <br />around the trailer until the trailer is moved and replaced. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Tom Sanborn, Warmington Homes, agreed with the conditions of the <br />staff report and reported that they had planned to do as <br />requested by Commissioner Innes and put plants around the trailer <br />temporary until the permanent model home complex is opened. <br />- 12 - <br />
