Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />3/2/587 <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Innes, Michelotti, and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. PC-87-29 was entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of the Negative Declaration for Case PUD-87-3, <br />application of Trammell Crow Co. <br />Commissioner Innes said he could not support the project because <br />of traffic concerns and the fact that he just doesn't feel <br />comfortable approving this project. <br />Commissioner Berger made a motion, seconded by Chairman Lindsey <br />that PUD-87-3 be recommended for approval subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report, deleting Condition No. 3, <br />amending Conditions 12 and 13 as discussed, with a corrected <br />traffic report to be submitted to staff for review prior to the <br />application being heard by the City Council.
