MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JANUARY 14, 1987 <br />Case PUD-86-18 be recommended for approval inasmuch as project <br />approval would have an insignificant effect on the environment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Michelotti, and Vice <br />Chairman Inner <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Chairman Lindsey <br />Resolution No. PC-87-02 was entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of Case PUD-86-18 as motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by <br />Commissioner Berger that Case PUD-86-18 be recommended for <br />approval subject to the conditions of the staff report with the <br />following modifications: <br />11. That there shall be no truck deliveries, parking lot sweeping <br />or garbage pick up to the rear of the major tenant/retail <br />shop building between the hours of 10:00~m and 6:OOam. <br />18. FREESTADNING BUILDING SIGNS <br />Signage allowed on west and north elevations of Pad 1 and <br />north and West elevations of Pad 2 <br />FREESTANDING MONUMENT SIGNS <br />Design to be approved by Planning Director and shall identify <br />the shopping center only. <br />Delete - "Maximum height, 7'0" width 6'0" <br />(the balance of the criteria is unchanged) <br />21. Future Exxon station can have access from the West Las <br />Positas driveway entrance to the commercial complex to the <br />station site. <br />22. Selection of trees to be reviewed by staff to ensure that the <br />root system is deep and shall not encroach into the neighbors <br />yards. <br />23.
