The Board acknowledged <br />these changes. <br />MATTERS_INITIATED_BY_COMMISSION_MEMBERS <br />Acting Chairman Hoyt noted that in front of Kall Business Park <br />there is a left turn lane only to go into the front side of the <br />park on Bernal and a left turn only lane to go on to the freeway <br />at the other side of the entrance to the park. He stated that <br />in the mornings going out of town everybody gets into the first <br />left turn only lane which is supposed to go into the park. This <br />creates a problem with getting onto the freeway. He asked Mr. <br />Elliott if anything could be done to correct the situation. Mr. <br />Elliott said he would check into the matter and report back at <br />the next meeting. <br />OLD_BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />---------------- <br />UP_-88-231_Stanley <br />Application of John Stanley for a conditional use permit to <br />operate a bar at an existing commercial structure located at 354 <br />Main Street. Zoning f or the property is C-C (Central <br />Commercial) District. <br />Application continued to August iD, 1988. <br />PUD-_82-10-8M1_Black <br />Application of Thomas 91ack for a major modification to an <br />approved development plan for a 29-unit residential project to <br />modify the configuration of the building envelope of a specific <br />parcel located at 4 Red Feather Court. Zoning for the property <br />is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential <br />District <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending denial of Case <br />PUD-82-10-8M. He noted that he has met with the Blacks and <br />their attorney and the Hlacks felt they had a new proposed plan <br />that would work. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Tom Black, 3742 Pinat Court, represented the application. He <br />displayed an overlay of a new proposed plan to the Commission. <br />He gave a brief background of the case for the benefit of <br />Commissioner Hovingh, newly appointed to the Commission. He <br />stated that he has met with the Grey Eagle Homeowner's Assn. and <br />they had given their proposal to solve the problem.
