She did not wish to see <br />much more of that. <br />Mr. Swift told Commissioner Mahern that particular traffic study <br />that she referred to was done without Stoneridge interchange <br />included and that it should be greatly improved with that <br />interchange complete. <br />Commissioner Tarver shared the same concern about traffic, but <br />overall thought it was a good project. <br />Chairman Michelotti agreed with the Commissioners, adding that <br />her main concern was alleviated with the one-story design of the <br />buildings. She hoped that the Stoneridge interchange would help <br />with the traffic flow. She commended the project and said she <br />could support it. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner <br />Commissioner Hoyt recommending approval <br />subject to the conditions of the staff <br />recommended subject to the conditions of <br />an additional condition which reads as <br />applicant work with staff to determine fin <br />of parking l of tree weI l s.
