The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Tarver, seconded by <br />Commissioner Mahern that findings on the Staff report are made <br />and that Case UP-88-49 be approved subject to conditions of the <br />staff report. <br />ROLL_CALL_VOTE_ <br />AYES: Commissioners Mahern, Tarver, and Chairman <br />Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Berger and Hoyt <br />ABSTAIN: Commissioner Hovingh <br />Resolution No. PC-99-1Q8 was entered and adopted approving Case <br />UP-89-49 as motioned. <br />_PUUD_-_80_-ib_3D1_Pactel_Proeerties <br />Application of Pactel Properties for development plan approval <br />to construct a multi-building, approximately 103,160 square foot <br />retail commercial complex to be located on an approximately 9.75 <br />acre site generally in the area bounded by Hopyard Road, <br />Stoneridge Drive, Franklin Drive, and Johnson Drive.
