Zoning for <br />the property is PUD tPlanned Unit Development) - <br />Industrial/Commercial and Offices District. <br />Mr. G-uaglia presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />LF'-88-4b subject to conditions of the staff report. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Andy Curtis, Architect for Chili`s, represented the <br />application. He responded to an earlier question regarding <br />liquor use. He stated that alcoholic beverages will be served; <br />horaever, it will not be a promoted item nor would the restaurant <br />be similar to a bar. <br />I~rs.
