Commissioner Hovingh was uncomfortable with a single entrance to <br />the project for this use. <br />Commissioner Tarver said he didn't support the rezoning because <br />he was against the traffic levels because of the exits from the <br />property.. <br />Chairman Michelotti had concerns with the design and traffic of <br />the project and couldn't . <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Hovingh, seconded by <br />Commissioner Mahern that Case PUD-88-2 be denied for the reasons <br />stated in the testimony. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Mahern, Tarver, and <br />Chairperson Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Hoyt <br />Resolution No. PC-88-95 was entered and adopted denying Case <br />PUD-88-2 as motioned. <br />The applicant was advised they have 15 days in which to appeal <br />this decision to the City Council. <br />RZ-88-1 City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to amend the Municipal Code <br />relating to provisions for secondary dwelling units in <br />residential districts. <br />This item was continued to the 9/14/88 meeting. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />Actions of the Council 7/19/88 <br />Actions of the Council 8/2/88 <br />No action required on these items. <br />Soroptimist International of Pleasanton, Inc. "Stepyina Out" <br />Mr. Swift presented the letter dated August 4, 1988 signed by <br />Corrine Mavridis on behalf of the Soroptimist International of <br />Pleasanton, Inc. in support to the Center and Kaleidoscope Center <br />by granting approval of naming a new street in Pleasanton to the <br />highest bidder in a silent auction October 22, 1988. <br />-22- <br />
